Because of this growth, we’re actively seeking new Customer Support Specialists to join our team! As a Customer Support Specialist with Waymaker Elite, you will learn customer service strategies and sales techniques that will allow you to successfully grow in a customer service or client-facing career.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and comprehensive customer service in response to inquiries
• Respond to all customer concerns via phone, chat, and/or in person visits
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions through customer service
• Escalate issues and complaints up the chain of command when necessary
• Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
• Provide guidance to customers based on their service needs and budget requirements
• Gather feedback through customer service and relay information to relevant departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus
• Empathetic, patient individuals willing to work to solve customer problems
• Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, ability to view obstacles as opportunities to learn
